Signing in, and what to do when it fails
Verde uses the email address you registered with plus your password - there is no separate account number. If the login screen rejects you, the cause is almost always one of three things: a password manager filling an old entry, an account that has not confirmed its email, or a session held open in another browser.
Locked out after verification
Accounts sometimes get held during document checks rather than blocked outright. The distinction matters: a held account still shows your balance and refuses withdrawals, and support can release it once the documents clear. Reports of accounts closed after heavy play do exist - we cover that honestly in the review verdict.
Two-factor and shared devices
Enable whatever second factor the account offers before you deposit, not after. A casino balance sitting behind a single reused password is the least defended money most people own.
